Ski is a niche area we are particularly interested in here at GDPCIC in terms of the potential for print customers (whilst at the same time benefitting the community) and so we thought we’d take a look at the best ski brochure printing for the 14/15 season. Senior Marketing and Business Development Manager Graphic Design and Print CIC a highly reputable design and print company based near Holt, Norfolk are looking to add a talented Marketing and Business Development Manager to their expanding team. There is currently no Sales team in place within the organisation but they are actively looking to build a team of at least 3 people in the next 18 months. This is therefore a fantastic opportunity for someone to step up and head up/manage the team in the future.  Within this role, you will be expected to hit the ground running from day one, generating your own leads and having the know-how to follow up on them and generate business from scratch. You will be expected to conduct effective sales pitches in order to deliver new business into the company. Challenging, but realistic, targets will be installed to help you maintain focus and you will be expected to push yourself to deliver (£250,000 worth of new business in year 1).  To be considered for this role, you should have a strong background in sales and new business development within the print industry.  You will be responsible for sales and budget forecasting as well as planning and implementing our advertising and marketing strategy – including our social network marketing efforts.
